Ideal candidates for this position will have a grade 12 diploma, as well as post-secondary accounting and/or payroll courses; have a friendly and professional telephone manner; possess great interpersonal skills; be a team player; be detail oriented; possess problem solving skills; be able to take meeting minutes; and have Microsoft Word/Excel experience . Previous administrative, payroll, or bookkeeping work experience will be considered an asset .
